Gitzo Series 3 Aluminium Centre Quick Release Ball Head

Gitzo Aluminium QR Ball Heads are Arca-Swiss compatible, thus convenient to use with your trusted tripod or the Gitzo Mountaineer Tripod Series 2 and Series 3. It stands 12.6 cm high, holds up to 18 kg and weighs 0.7 kg. The head has a separate lock for the 360° panning and another to control the movement of the ball. A tungsten disulphide coating on the ball helps keep the ball movement smooth and minimises stick-slip. A screw-knob lock tightens down on the included quick-release plate and a bubble level helps you maintain straight horizons in your images. To allow for precise adjustments, a friction control dial is integrated into the large locking knob.
