This multi-pattern large-diaphragm condenser microphone has a fixed variable pad, as well as pattern and filter adjustments, to provide flexibility and control. A few Polar Patterns are included in the RODE NT2-A microphone build-up such as Cardoid, Omni and Figure 8 patterns. With the Low-frequency Roll-off switch included in the mic, you can eliminate ambient noises and humming at 40Hz and 80Hz.
